Everything was so overwhelming, so much information and allot was at stake cause i wanted the best for my family. Then I click on the OUTsurance link I didn't know what was coming, The consultant (Felicity Msane) not only understood my anxieties but she put me a is ease making sure i was understood everything, and that I'm comfortable. It was great having someone in my conner. My family is covered and that is a great feeling.
