Customer support from Outsurance

I was very impressed by the service we received from the call center. We were having a problem with the debit order from our account. We sent an email to the call center and within 2 minutes they phoned back. They were very helpful, polite and sympathetic. They are a credit to Outsurance. Unfortunately I did not get the two agents names.
