On the 21 April 2018 I was assistance by a very smart financial advisor his name is Prince Musa. I had a query relating to my increase of insurance premium which made me very unhappy as I had never claimed for whole financial period. Prince took time to understand my query, was able to ask relevant questions relating to my product I was given by insurance. What I liked about he took time to understand why there was increase effected on my portfolio, outcome of conversation led him to give me a much better offer where my premium was reduced. Not just that he even asked more questions if I had credit short fall cover on my vehicle , which I did but with another services provider which I paying high rates from it. Prince told me about the rate they offer for credit shortfall cover and I was quite impressed with rates offered by Outsurance where I realized I was paying double much more what I could be paying with Outsurance and I immediately asked him to include it on my insurance package for my vehicle. There was even so much more I could be offered at such a cheaper rates with - example life accidental benefits which I was never aware of which he educated me on... I have never met a consultant who was not just friendly but also wise enough to take me through packages - explain in detail what Outsurance could offer which financial beneficial rewards to it. What we miss in these industries is someone like Mr Prince Musa I truly give him a Bells for putting customers first - exceptional customer service I have received from him . He made my day.
