Customer service is great! The call centre agents are friendly, polite and very professional. The app interface is user friendly and not cluttered with a lot of necessary stuff. The premiums are reasonable and claims process smooth. I've been with other insurance companies and outsurance overall has provided the best experience in terms of client service.
