Customer service horrible, they just collecting money and don’t care for clients

So a month ago I called OUTsurance to request a premium decrease due to work loss as result of covid19, and today I receive an email with premium increase, called them to try and get my insurance decreased and they couldn’t help me .i find them very inconsiderate and don’t care for they clients .
