Customer service at it's best

A few ago, I get a call from Tanya Hiles from outsurance offering to beat the current premium that I am paying for insurance. Although I am quite content with my current provider, I went ahead with Tanya to see what she could offer, and was unable to beat my current premium. However she was highly professional and polite when speaking to me and due to this, I have recommended her to my colleague to see how she may be able to assist him. Thank you Tanya for great client service. Please keep it up.
