Customer service at its best

<p>I recently had to renew a policy with OutSurance and spoke to Lee Baxter, one of their consultants. It was a real pleasure dealing with him as he was knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful and also gave me very good advice. He certainly embodies the term client-centricity.</p> <p>I would also like to mention his colleague, Anton, with whom I dealt briefly.
