customer service alive and well at outsurance

<p>Received great service from David Chungu when he contacted me re moving my policy over to Outsurance. At first I ducked and dived, sick of the cold calls, but he pitched his product well, without being in my face, was able to show me where I could save money, went to his Manager to try and work somethings out in order to get me on board. He never let a day go by without gently prodding me to look at the email, return the call. Never irritating which was a new experience. I left my service provider of 20 years and moved to Outsurance. All credit to David - a fine customer service guy and sales agent. Knew and believed in his product. Lets hope the business lives up to his operating standard.</p>
