I filled in an online form for an insurance quote from Outsurance . I had barely pressed the "send" button when their Agent, Ethel Esau called me back. She was a delight to deal with, with her cheery personality and professional conduct. Although I didn't go with the Outsurance quote in the end, someone told me about the Outsurance Claim Free Quote Promotion to which I emailed Ethel to verify. She called me back immediately with the same cheery and professional conduct and immediately sent me all the details regarding this.
