Customer doesn't come first

I am a very disappointed customer we have been with outsurance for 10 years there slogan says you always get something out I beg to differ we have only claimed for a windscreen prior to the unfortunate incidence we lost two vehicles none were our fault but yet we are the looser the first one was under finance so the outstanding amount was paid so we then had to finance another vehicle without a deposit or trade in so our repayments doubled we got nothing from the guilty party not even an attempt was made to recover something for us luckily we insured the mags separately we were paid out for them the second vehicle was paid for we opted to take it back because we are not in a position to finance another vehicle the damage is 30000 plus so the 4000 that we got for the mags will not help to much so after paying for 10 years we are much worse off financially with a fully comprehensive insurance I feel that outsurance could have made a effort to assist us with the guilty parties to recuperate some of our loses so that we can at least fix the other vehicle but since we are not that important they feel that there part is done not to mention we lose our out bonus once again
