Customer care not taken care of.

I submitted a quote online two days ago for new insurance companies, The lady that assisted me was very hasty, she kept pushing me to accept the offer, After a while, I told her I would come back to her if I did not receive another offer fro another company. She called at 3 o clock again and asked if I have an answer for her. I said yes I do have and I had a better offer and I would not take this cover. She then said ok. and bye and hang up. I really think customer care was not reached here.
