Customer care agents at their best!

I would like to commend two exceptional call centre agents at Outsurance viz. Yegen Moodley & Larvine at Client Care. Yegen has been amazing in his customer service s****s specifically a star in patience, professionalism and attention to detail with speed and efficiency in handling my claim. The reason I continue to stay wtih Outsurance is this type of customer care and professional care! I was referred to Client care by Yegen to update my personal details and once again was received by a polite exceptionally attentive and "on the ball" agent, Larvine. She even convinced me to take Out & about cover which I did not even know existed. I must admit I am one of those customers who does not have time for call centre business but with employees like Yegen and Larvine, I will certainly make the time to hear them out any day!
