Customer Care Agents = AMAZING!
Just spoke to OUTsurance’s customer care line and not only were the agents friendly - going above and beyond - they assisted me so quickly and efficiently. I spoke to 2 agents - the first transferred me to the right department and the second helped and processed my request perfectly. The entire call lasted 5 minutes from start to finish, I received the confirmation email that my request has been acknowledged and I am really very happy with their service!! Well done!
