Outsurance tried to ***** from me, I took out a car insurance from them which I realized it was a *******, equivalent to a car installment so I decided to go with the cheapest. I called them the very next day and canceled the insurance i was transferred to Wilson who made it very difficult for me to cancel, he played dark n dive. Eventually he agreed that this will be canceled and no premium will be deducted. And he was going to send me a proof of cancelation which he never did. I then called again the next day and digged for proof of cancelation which something was sent to me I realized it was a document for unpaid debit. Why were u *****ing from my account? For what is this unpaid debit for? Who is now going to pay for the bank charges of what you did? Please make sure this is canceled and I need proof of cancelation ASAP. I've heard so many times that insurance companies are ****** and *******.
