<p>I send an sms to outsurance on Sunday the 4th of September because i wanted a cheaper premium compared to what i'm currently paying, yesterday the 5th of September a consultant gave me a call to make a quote and after we stayed on the line for a duration of 59:59 minutes i was given a quote of doublew what i'm currently paying and after i refused the offier the phone was put down and she did not phone back. She did not even give me a chance to ask for My R 800 that they are promising to customers. I felt so cheated, why must she put the phone down without us finalising the conversation, i think its because she knew i qualify for the R 800 they are promising people. not so trustworthy at all.</p>
