*****ed repairers and insurance

on the 19 Jan 2016, my father was involved in an accident and up to today the car is not fixed. The car was taken to Grand Rapid T/a Auto body repair, which is not Toyota approved as per #toyotasa website. The repairer told us the car was fixed (22/03/2016), when we get there the car is not fixed. we spoke to Abaisha. your assessor can't even differentiate between recent and old damage. <br> <br> We demand the car to be taken to one of Toyota approved repairers, with genuine parts, with immediate effect, and since you guy can't fix this car in time are you gonna give us a courtesy car.<br> <br> Please fix the car we want to get on with another insurance, you guys are pathetic
