I had a funeral policy with outsurance and was cancelled by them saying that my uncle's ID number does not exist and last month they deducted on my account and I did a reversal please can they stop deducting as the policy has been cancelled and its affecting my credit score and I'm being charged 150 for every unpaid debit orders
