Credit profile being soiled
I have a listing on the credit bureaus for a measly amount of R190 from outsurance. Despite multiple calls to outsurance they refuse to help me and won't even give me a letter stating that I do not owe, and keep telling me to speak to the credit bureaus myself, which I have tried as well to no avail. I even offered to pay the money to make this go away. This is really frustrating as it is affecting my credit profile.
