Crazy premium increases
Smooth "escalation" people, you try to get a lower increase in premiums, but in fact they increase the premiums even more, think they try to get rid of the "old" no claim customers

She has informed you that the premium has increased as the cost of repairs and buildings go up due to inflation.
She has however assisted by not increasing your premium.
We understand that you were expecting a substantial decrease in your premium due to you decreasing your building amount and we are sorry that we could not assist you based on your expectations.
