Crazy high premium

really upset! i am taking delivery of my ford figo on friday so i needed to get my current car off and put my new car on! but when speaking to call centre agent everything was ramble off very fast and when it came to the amount i told him i was unhappy and wanted to speak to a manager, he then said that all the managers were in a meeting. Been with outsurance for years and yet they not meeting me half way or trying to make an existing client happy.
