CRAZY EXPENSIVE PREMIUMS

I have a 2003 Getz. Every year my premium is increased regardless of the fact that I have NEVER had a claim. I just received notification that my premium is going to increase to R422 from July! I tried calling them on every single number for the past week and I keep on getting a message stating that the number doesn't exist. There are no email addresses to contact them on either. TG I haven't had an accident!
