Crazy 2024 but Outsurance did it all

I have had the craziest year and feels like 2024 has knocked me hard My hear started off first with cape town weather of heavy winds gusting in April leaving me without my carport roof tiles on my home roof moved my garage door ********** and gate ********** and bended ..but I called outsurance and the assisted and my claim was sorted to their best ability Then just a little over 2 weeks later I got ****** .. handbag cellphone taken on my way to work I was in panic state still afraid of movement around me yet outsurance replaced my cellphone my bag and glasses ..Thank you .and when winter hit cape town hard with rain this year I had damages of water coming in ceiling breaking in my son room and his bed spoiled badly again outsurance has been our saving grace and I'm so very very thankful cause I have lost my faith to why me this year ... To top it some highway patrol officer of provincial government decided to knock my car badly at the back leaving me stranded no gears nothing works on the car start of woman's month just a bad way .. I ended up again calling outsurance Molefe assisted me and even did a courtesy vechile while my car went for repairs ..even thou the claim was settled far less ( I believe due to the assessor not checking everything ) (and on top my courtesy vechile was only for a certain few days causing also lots of drama with money deductions from the rental company and days being short added which took me 4 days to resolve )they indeed helped a claim was settled and 28 days later my car is back on the road (yes got some extra debt 😆) then after the whole courtesy car drama from first car rental( they didn't do me justice in their rental service especially since my insurer (outsurance) have paid them .. Asanda called (how amazing is this woman even spoke Afrikaans)(lotsa love Asanda) she resolved the rental deductions matter with first car rental they paid me back in that same hour after speaking to Asanda she truly is amazing .. so Thank You Outsurance for being awesome amazing professional incredible and being by my side with all 4 my crazy incidents this year ..I love you guys and recommend people to become clients cause you do justice to service .. thank God that Sam from your legal department took over this car accident case and I do hope this matter will be resolved as soon as possible as my debts made extra for my vechile needs to be sorted and I hope provincial government make an example of that officer that threatened my family life ..
