Corn Africa Plumbing- bad service

This contractors are very unprofessional, offering bad service on behalf of outsurance which always delivered good service. I have been waiting for this company to fix my ceiling after replacement of gyser. First they don't call to confirm in advance, they called at 8:00 to advice they are sending workers to fix. I arranged for it, at 11 :00 they call to say they are postponing to next week. What was the reason for them calling and confirming? Poor service and bad reflection of management. I cannot afford to wait and play mickey mouse with this, I demand value for money. Outsurance always delivers, why would they use a company like this? Don't care attitude from their staff makes me sick to even think they are linked to outsurance,little regards they have for my time. I need this company to deliver exceptional service I'm used to from outsurance.
