Contents Claim

I have recently had to put in a claim for house hold contents that got. ******. My previous experiences with the Outsurance help desk have left me a little frustrated.But this claim made on Monday was handled by Ruan Grobbelaar. It has been by far the most efficient and professional service I have received in a long time. It was so refreshing to know that good service in this country is still possible. Well done Ruan you have completely restored my faith in Outsurance and you competency needs to be celebrated. Outsurance have a star on their help desk well done and keep up the good work. :) My claim was concluded that same day. I was completely blown away by this. Excellent work.
