Contact problems
I have relocated overseas and find it impossible to contact Outsurance other than via their call centre. It costs a fortune from Europe. Surely Outsurance must have an alternative option to amend/ cancel policy details other than via a phone call. Web site does not give any emailing option. I have given my Daughter power of attorney but call centre wont accept it.
