Consultants are very friendly

Consultants are very friendly. They know/understand what they are doing. We don't stay long waiting for calls to be answered. They understand their clients and what I like more is they try hard to keep their clients, making us feel that we are also part of the family. If one feels like the premium is too high, they will try hard to see what they can do until we all come to a very good agreement. I have been with outsurance for yrs and honestly I'm not intending to go anywhere else and I recommend it. I once claimed and I was assisted on time. They also call back immediately if you ask them to. (That shows that they really understand that when you call you really want help and might not have enough air time) everytime I call I get the same excellent service 👌🏾. The person who trains them is really doing a good job.
