Consultant pressuring me into taking longer feel insurance

<p>I requested a quote for life insurance. A consultant called went through all the questions and then quoted then asked which one I'm interested in. I asked for her to email me quote and policy as I want to read everything first. She insisted I choose one of the quotes, I said no I want to read everything first then she carried on saying she is not emailing it and I have to choose one I said no and then she carried on again....but why....i said because I want the documents emailed to me she once again refused?????? Why can't I read what I'm agreeing to?</p>
