Consultant **** - R400-R800 payout!!

Hi, i got a call this morning from Outsurance. the consultant insisted on quoting me even after i advised that i have insurance. after he couldn't beat my current cover, he advised that he will send me a link to claim the R400, to my surprise i still haven't received it! he is now ignoring my emails. This is bad customer services and lying to customers!
