Neo phoned me within minutes after I completed a request for a quote on car insurance on Outsurance's website.<br> <br> He was helpful, knowledgeable, able to answer all of my questions right away and very efficient. After this phone call I honestly do not have any questions.<br> He also showed a human side which you do not find very often in a call center, as everyone seems to be only target driven.<br> <br> Should we proceed in purchasing the vehicle I would continue with the policy from Outsurance, even if I find a cheaper quote, just for the way he dealt with my request today.<br> <br> It is sad that there are not more consultants of his calibre around in call centres.
