Very positive experience with a consultant who understood my handicap on the phone and did what he could to help. Moreover, as I mentioned that I can read better than listen, he agreed to send me all information by mail. We then agreed that he would phone me back after I read everything to assure himself that I was satisfied. He was very punctual in calling back.
