Constant phonecalls

Great customer service. But they don't stop calling after being told that I will take out insurance when I am ready.

I get it, it is their job to call a person 3 times in a row until they get an answer. But if a person says "I will take insurance out when I am ready" it doesn't mean let's spam them with phonecalls throughout the day to irritate the living daylights out of them.

It is really irritating being called 12 times a day.

After 4 days of 12 calls a day. I am sure that person is not interested anymore. Leave it be.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary
