Just had such an easy and helpful interaction from SIHLE SHIBAMBO. She was so pleasant and helpful with adding a vehicle to my policy. Everything was clear, she answered all my questions, and it was literally sorted in about 5 minutes over the phone.

This isn’t the first good experience I’ve had with Outsurance either. A few months ago I had to submit a claim on my car. The process is seamless, with the claim function on the app and submitting photos over WhatsApp. They gave me the most convenient panelbeaters to visit (who were also great to deal with) and the whole thing was sorted quickly and efficiently - even while I was in another province!
