Consistency on good service

Since I've joined Outsurance I've never had any hassles when I had to claim. Thank you for that. Last month I had an accident in Alice and they came to tow the car immediately, offered me transport and organised courtesy car immediately. Even though it was a weekend. I then decided not to continue with the claim and they towed my car from East London to PE. They took a bit long for that and they covered for the extension of the courtesy car which was from Avis. Avis did not pay back my deposit until I had to pester them. Outsurance again followed up and sorted this out immediately. I haven't gotten the deposit though, but I have hope. Avis is the one that is still delaying. Thank you Outsurance for being reliable. I just wish you could use a different car rental company other than Avis.
