I have unmasked the strategy that ensures Outsurance protects themselves from paying out the R400. They make it so difficult, and time consuming for a consumer to actually claim the R400 that the consumer gives up in disgust and fustration. Well done your marketing department.<br> <br> I feel that Outsurance should be requested to publish a list of people who have actually stuck with the process and received R400. I'm sure it would be a very short list.<br> <br> Please do not bother to respond to this - I have neither the time nor the inclination to deal further with Outsurance,
