Confusing and lack of assistance.
Paying business policy rates for vehicle on E-hailing platform. Policy listed both overnight and daytime parking at residential address. I have been advised today that it means my car would be parked 24 hours at residential address. Yet the vehicle is transporting people. This is non-sensical. Am I being overcharged for being under-covered. I spoke to consultant, supervisor with no resolution. After demanding manager, then managers, manager, the query is still under investigating.
