confused about the *** promotion

We are sorry about the inconsistent feedback you have received regarding the promotion Ts & Cs.
We previously did have a waiting period of 186 days after previous quote was done , in order to qualify for payment if we could not offer you a saving on your current premium.
Since June 2021, this period has been extended to 2 years.

Charles from our promotion team has been trying to reach you to discuss this in more detail. He will attempt to contact you again.
