We used the Outsurance App to request assistance on our Home Owners Insurance very earlt the next morninf. We received a call from Outsurance within a few seconds after submitting the request. The claims agent, Florah Dikgole, contacted us just after 08h00 and arranged for a plumber to assist. She kept me informed, provided the contact number for the Plumbing company and her own details in case we needed further assistance. The claims process was seemless and the service outstanding.
