I am in the process of reviewing my life insurance. I contacted Outsurance to inquire about their life insurance products. The lady was extremely friendly, talked to me like I am her best friend. After the whole quotation process I decided not to take up the policy immidiately. She got frustrated with me over the phone, sigh and abruptly ended the conversation. I found it very rude.
