I've had an outstanding experience with OUTsurance. As a relatively new customer, I unfortunately found myself involved in an accident that wasn't caused by me. Despite the stressful circumstances, the claims process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Outsurance truly lives up to it's reputation. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Charles Juluis Van Rooyen in the complaints department, who went above and beyond to assist me. After my car was towed, my sound system was ****** while it was in the tow yard. I lodged a complaint expecting a response within 48 hours, but Charles contacted me within just two hours. He handled my case with utmost empathy and professionalism, reassuring me that I would be restored to my original position before the loss. True to his word, within five working days the investigation was complete, and I was reimbursed. Even after the payout, he followed up to ensure the funds were allocated to my account promising 72 hours but delivering in just 48 hours. Thanks to Outsurance and Charles' exceptional service, I'm now on my way to replacing my sound system. I couldn't be more happier with the support I received. Thank you.
