Had to visit the assessor for a claim, Suren Bunsee. My first claim in many many many many years, so not fami**** at all with the process. Suren was patient and explained the whole process to me, what happened/process to date and what will happen next. Suren was patient, and very efficient and effective in his conversation, to the point and courteous.
