Compliment Jenny

I was in a car accident in June. I was in shock and ask someone else to phone Outsurance to please phone me back. It was not even 3 minutes before they phoned me back. From the start my claim was handled by so much professional staff and I knew nothing to worry about all is in good hands. My car was fixed and all was done within 2 weeks of the accident. I received mail from Jenny in July informing me she is busy to claim my co payment back from the other party. Today she informed me all resolved and my portion will be paid back today. This is what I call good service, not once did I have to follow up with them how far my claim is.
