He took the time to clearly explain every aspect of the policies, often revisiting details to ensure full understanding — something that is both rare and greatly appreciated. His communication style reflects genuine commitment to client satisfaction and to representing OUTsurance in the best possible way.

What particularly stood out was his calm and professional demeanour during moments when his work laptop repeatedly crashed and malfunctioned. Despite these frustrating interruptions, he remained composed, courteous, and efficient throughout — a level of professionalism that even helped me remain calm, where I would normally have grown rather irritated. His ability to stay focused and maintain such composure under pressure is truly commendable.

It is also worth mentioning that, although my personal vehicle insurance was not strictly within his portfolio, he nevertheless assisted me without hesitation. On a separate occasion, when I contacted him regarding a friend’s vehicle, he once again offered prompt and helpful assistance — even though it was completely outside the scope of his official responsibilities. This kind of dedication and willingness to go above and beyond what is required speaks volumes about his work ethic, integrity, and pride in service.

In my view, Mr. Humphries is not only a strong representative of the OUTsurance brand but an individual who actively elevates it. His professionalism, patience, and client-first approach are exactly the kind of qualities that reinforce customer trust and loyalty.
