Compliment for excellent service

We were ****** on Thursday 7th of May 2015. Ms Malegoale Monama was assigned to assist us with the claim from Outsurance. Although it was difficult to get me on phone due to my work program, she was persistent until she got hold of me. She also sent me several emails to update me on progress in the process. <br> <br> She was always patient even when I became frustrated with the many questions she asked. When I delayed in providing the several photos she requested for, she patiently reminded me daily until I sent them to her.<br> <br> I think that Ms Malegoale Monama is an asset to your company. She is the real face of Awesome. I commend her for excellent client care service.
