Hellen thank you for your fast response to our claim. I truly hope that they acknowledge your hard work.My only disspaointment is the fact that your replace an HD decoder with an Explorer but dont take into account that an extra R1400.00 ontop of our excess to be paid has to now be spent on our account as the old connectora do not work with the new decoder :( and when requested to be covered we were told outsurance is not interested.....<br> Besides this dissapointment, outsurance a thumbs up to your great service and not forgetting your service providers who form part of the awesome service you give.
