COMPLAINT
I have horrible service and terrible experience from OUTsurance insurance. OUTsurance client collided to my vehicle, he was driving on the right lane and I was driving on left lane, OUTsurance driver suddenly turned left and collided to my vehicle. OUTsurance driver admitted that he pumped to my vehicle and gave me his insurance claim no *** and details to contact his insurance to claim from them to fix my vehicle, he advised that OUTsurance settled his claim, but they are refusing to repair my vehicle. I physically did 2 quotations and they costed +R20000.00, OUTsurance did digital assessment and quotation that came with R13000 .00. I was assisted by Bongekile Dlamini from OUTsurance Legal Department.

Following our initial response to you, we received feedback from our liability claims manager, confirming she was in contact with your wife.
She discussed the reason for the claim to have been apportioned. We understand this still leaves her our of pocket, but are confident our offer was the correct one. She did not want to discuss the matter any further.

your management has contacted me Camini Harichunder with no solution but raising her voice to me that nothing she can do.
she told me that OUTsurance do not pay third party side damages when vehicle is pumped to the side but only back damages, while their client was in a wrong lane, according to traffic regulations the right lane that their client was driving does not permit a left turn, only vehicle in the left lane are permitted to make such a turn.
if OUTsurance client did not make such turn, breaking traffic regulations and collided to my vehicle I wouldn't have this problem.
OUTsurance please review this claim and fix my vehicle. Your client agreed and accepted that he was driving in a wrong lane and collided to my vehicle.
All I need is OUTsurance to repair my vehicle as you managed to repair your client vehicle.
