Good day Outsurance!
I would like to lodge a complaint against the agent who handled above quote.
This agent pushed for a sale and was only interested in our banking details and dt order date... he needs to be retrained!!!
And what is more he does not listen when my wife keeps telling him that we are only requesting a quote. He is rude!! He is a bully!!!!!
I was insured with Outsurance once but will rather stay with SIBS and will not refer anyone to Outsurance!
