Complainst

I did a claim with Outsurance and after a week and a half they aproved the claim. According to my details on the app i found on claims tracker u was to be paid out R19k odd less R2650 for excess giving me an amount of just over R16 450. This was on the 27th April 2021. On the 28th April 2021 the claims advisor called me to state she wants to do a payout but the amounts was different. I asked her to double check because thats not the amount i got on the app. She promised to call me back. I went back to the Outsurance app only to find they had already changed the amounts on it. This is very sneaky of them. They are always quick to take our premium and never eager to pay out. They will do their level best not tp pay any claim. This is what upsets me.
