Complain about house renovation

Good day Im with outsuarance for many years now.They are always quick to help. In September2022 part of my house burned down. I phoned outsuarance and like always they where quick and help me with my claim. The problem came with the contractor that was asigned to renovate the house. The work that was badly done. And although we were complaining about the poor work that was done and the cheap materials that was use nobody is coming back to us. We firstly complain to the builder and he just said there is nothing that he can do the work was done already We then complain to outsuarance self many times. They promise to look into it and come back to us but nothing hapened. So I phoned again like a monrh or two ago . I said we are going to the ombutsman. They send somebody.out the monday. He walked through the house and promise us he will send us and outsuarance a report. Now nobody is coming back to us.not outsuarance nor the inspector that was here. I contact outsuarance again an nobody then new what I was talking about. But they promise to come back. We are still waiting. I am very dissapointed.I pay my premium every month but when they have to delever nothing happen.. My next option is to go to the ombutsman
