Outsurance contacted me very quickly. After our discussion, I asked them to contact me the next day 10am as I had to check info on my existing policy first. I was contacted the next day promptly but I couldn't do business with them as my existing insurance was much cheaper. They accepted my info in a friendly manner and we cut the conversation amicably.
