Commendable service, advice and feedback by Zanele Lugogo

<p>I am a longtime Outsurance client for my home content. During one of Gauteng's frequent thunderstorms in December I had a ligtning strike close to my home and lost my Macbook Air and my Apple Monitor due to a power surge. I phoned Outsurance the next day and spoke to Zanele Lugogo from the beginning of my claim. She was extremely professional, friendly and helpful during all our subsequent phonecalls and went out of her way to assist me with my claim. When it came to light that my equipment could not be repaired but had to be replaced, she talked me through the process and gave me sound advice on how to proceed. </p> <p>I would appreciate it if you could maybe bring her to the attention of Outsurance as I am sure she deserves some recognition for her professionalism and she definately reflects very well on Outsurance as an company.</p>
